Can urea degrade without heating? I mean can carbamylation of proteins take place without heating the probe?

In my opinion urea denatures always, not only after heating.

Depends on the concentration. At high concentration, will denature most proteins without heating, at lower ones, it will make proteins less stable and make them more likely to degrade at lower temperature.
