Many texts that ive read refers to B cell producing atibodies. I just want a clarification.
Does B cells produce antibodies or it is the plasma cells that produce the antibodies?
Because what i know is that when B cells interacts with specific antigens it proliferate into a memory cell and a plasma cell. - June 2, 2006 at 3:12 am #49345victorParticipant
It’s plasma cell which secreting antibodies. B cell is just like a non-activated cell which will differentiate into plasma cell and memory cell if it interact with some non-self antigents
