There were lots of compounds in the starting materials, but it’s impossible to know for sure what was produced by the chemistry of the forming planet.

In many books I have studied that NH3(ammonia) was the first compound to be formed on earth & in some others it is given as H2O(water) but which one is right answer…

Both of those would have already been formed – they’re both in interstellar dust, comets, etc.
