I think well-adapted organisms have some kind of features which the other organisms don’t have which cause them to act differently from the other organisms?

what does well adapted mean? and what is role of sexual reproduction(except pleasure)?

Well-adapted means features (in this case) are modified to enable an organism to be able to prevent it from doing some actions.
The role of sexual reproduction is to enable an organism to reproduce so as to enable a particular species to continue to survive in this world. To put it simply, it’s to prevent extinction.
So, I think the reason for why sexual reproduction does not favor well-adapted organisms is because of this organism’s special features present in the organism itself which prevent it from having sexual reproduction. Another reason will be that the particular organism with special features which will help it to reproduce without itself engaging in sexual reproduction.
