Ok, i have a question that sort of cropped up from an argument that aroused around penetrating ones self in the anus…
If a body part (such as a penis or arm) was detatched, but not given or taken to/by anyone, does it still belong to the person it was detatched from, and is it not still alive for a short amount of time?

I think that’s a legal issue…are body parts transferrable? I think not.

Alive? No – search past topics for this. And of course it still belongs to the person it was detached from unless given with free will.
