i think, there is not the exact age for said that our brain is in its max.power.
my master said that there are people who can increase their IQ time by time till they die. and there are people whom IQ stop to increase at a young age.
and many….
so, there is no exact age to said it.

i think there are a large number of people who can increase their IQ even the become older and older.
