what is the biological pathway of an ordinary cell in becoming to a carcinogenic one by some mutagen?is it possible to deactivate the potential mutagens by chemical means?can present nano bio technology be effectively used in this regard?can we pre assume what are the cell potential candidate for future carcinogenicity? can we treat accordingly in the pree-birth developing stage(even theoratically?)

the pathway of becoming carcinogenic is that mutation in the DNA result in uncontrolled cell division, called neoplasia. This can only ocuur in tissues with proliferative capacity.
