Screening for what? As in additional substance in culture media to inhibit fungal growth? I usually use cyclohexamide a few years back and I also tried using mycostatin for my soil samples. Cyclohexamide is in tablet form while mycostatin is in fluid form available OTC. I really am not sure what’s the standard antifungal used in culture media, but other antifungal are not available from our local lab suppliers..
