      How much water should I add to dilute primer stocks (I’m guessing 100 μM) to 4 μM?

      I’m guessing it’s just 4 μl the stock to 96 μl H20, but I’d like to be sure.

      That should work, assuming the stock concentration really is 100 micromolar and I have no reason to believe otherwise.
