      What is the middle layer of the wall of the heart called?

      The heart walls consists of three layers epicardium, myocardium and endocardium. Myocardium is the middle layer made up of cardiac muscle and is responsible for contractions.

      Yeah i imagined that was what you meant to say. Becuase “medium septum” actually does mean “medium sized septum” 😉
