      Hi all,
      I use 35 centimetre agarose gel tank, we use constant watt (20 watt), change only the mA and voltage. I set voltage to 140V and mA to 60. Is it OK? Because I see vaporization above the tank. My samples seem bad on agarose when I look them at UV
