  Which region of untranscribed DNA is most likely to be similar from one prokaryotic gene to the next?
  there is an attached picture of the undescribed DNA below.
  please help me, this is a question from one of the sample tests and there is nothing in my text book similar to this question. so please help asap.

  as you’re asking about untranscribed region, nothing higher than 0 is not interesting for you.
  You’re looking for promoter region, look into any MolBio book, to which regions binds sigma-subunit of the polymerase (they are two;)
