I have some question in " if the trees same varieties was bought to grown in different environment, I mean to other country where different geogryphy zone about 20 years ago, environment has a effect to DNA or not?
Can I check DNA by ISSR techniuqe?

The gene expression will be different, I think, environment affects the phenotype of organisms but I don’t think that it changes the DNA or what.
