What is the reason behind naturally curly hair? Is it due to the cysteine bonds, if so what is different in the alignment of these bonds in curly and straight hair?

Hair is curly or striaght depending on the number of disulphate bonds between the hair proteins.
Curly hair has a greater number of links, wheras the fewer the links, the straighter the hair.
Sorry if that doesn’t help much…this infact, is not one of my questions, I only have the first 6.

that sounds reasonable, i thought i was something to do with the bonds as the first part of the Q is. is it bio med you’re doing
