What are the genotopes of the F1 generation if one parent is AABB and the other parent is aabb?

Do a punnet square. Each parent can only give one allele for each gene: A and B, and for the other parent, a and b. If it is heterozygous, the square is bigger, but this one is small. It will be AaBb.
