If a male person doesn’t have any hair on his legs, what is he suffering from…? He has normal hair on the head and his skincolor on the leg is kind of whiteish…

I don’t think it’s cancer…? Or else he would have lost his hair on the head.

In cancer you lose your hair because of the chimiotherapy, not because of the desease itself.
My guess is a low level of sexual hormones, since hair on the body is considered a secondary sexual characteristic, among others, and it is the result of the action of testosterone. what about beard/mustache? does that grow normally? Do muscles have a normal strenght? Enough calcium in the bones?

Just my guess, but I think this man might be suffering from a T. Corporis infection (body fungal infection).. Whiteish skin color (hypopigmentation) is one characteristic of this condition. I would also check for flaky skin/ inflammation/ signs of ring worm. If its both legs, then that might be contributed to a spread of the infection from one leg to another so I would check for signs of infection on the person’s arms and hands also. But hey that is only my opinion based on the information given. 🙂

The male person has normal hairgrowth on the head and face. It’s just the legs that there are no hair. Normal strenght as well…
