Hello!
It would be wonderful if somebody could help me! I have to detect the effect of an immunosuppressant agent on the transcription factor NFKB but not with Western or ELISA…..My problem is that I have a very little amount of cells so it’s difficult to have nuclear extract enough for ELISA….I wolud know if somebody knows other methods for the detection of nuclear translocation of NFKB (for example by cytofluorimetry….?)Thank You very much for the attention…..

at what level do you want to detect it? Or rather at what level do you expect changes?
What about qPCR?Anyway, nowadays are available systems for detection from one or few cells only.

Thank You very much for the reply.
I’d want detect if the drug has effects on the binding of NFKB with DNA….I have already search possible kits but i have only found ELISAs that requires too much extracts…. - June 15, 2011 at 11:09 am #105288JackBeanParticipant
what about some chip in such a case?
