I have a list of microRNA s that I am interested in. How can I get the multiFASTA file for them, without search and copy paste them one by one?
Answer:
http://www.mybioinfo.info
This website allows you to search and compile your list of microRNA. Then, you can download mutiFASTA at once. The same for mRNAs and proteins.
Knowledge should be shared!

A website allows you to search multiple microRNA accession numbers at once. The output is in tabular format with links to fasta files.
When you click "Add to My List", then click "View My Genes in a table" link on the top, you can see all the microRNAs you have added in you list and download multiFASTA file there.

Hey, you know pretending to be two different people is silly right?
