      Hi! Does anyone know how I can find out what parameters that is good to use for my cell line (PLC/PRF/5) Have tried to google it for a while but do not find anything. Thanks!

      It’s an old paper, but it’s electroporation into hepatocytes anyway.

      Also old, but maybe useful:

      You might take a look at some of the papers using dendrimeric polymers to enhance transfection efficiency. A few people are using them in combination with electroporation, but I don’t do these kinds of things so I can’t say very much about their efficacy. I’m strictly a Ca-induced-transfections-into-bacteria kind of person, although I know that the same (Ca-induced) method works for fibroblasts, at least.
