Hi! Does anyone know how I can find out what parameters that is good to use for my cell line (PLC/PRF/5) Have tried to google it for a while but do not find anything. Thanks!

It’s an old paper, but it’s electroporation into hepatocytes anyway.

“Animal Cell Electroporation and Electrofusion Protocols.” Methods in Molecular Biology, Vol 48, Humana Press, 1995You might take a look at some of the papers using dendrimeric polymers to enhance transfection efficiency. A few people are using them in combination with electroporation, but I don’t do these kinds of things so I can’t say very much about their efficacy. I’m strictly a Ca-induced-transfections-into-bacteria kind of person, although I know that the same (Ca-induced) method works for fibroblasts, at least.
