Hey everyone, I have another question that needs answering!!!
What I’m looking for is to know the following:
In a single day (24 hour period), the human body creates/destroys/expels what?
Basically, how much callories, fat, sugar, acids (each type), enzymes (each type) hormone (each type) etc that the human body creates/destroyes/expels each day from doing absolutely nothing. Simply just from doing the basic work of living. I guess the best way to put it is imagine a human being for 24 hours did nothing but stand still in one place, and only breathed, let his/her heart beat, and used their memory (no other movements or processes) for those 24 hours. What would the human body have done? Like, what kind of acids or hormones would it use up for basic bodily functions, what would the human body expel (waste products).I’m trying to figure out, saying that the human has 100% everything it needs to function for that 24 horus, after the 24 hours, what would be left? What would be needed (in exact amounts, not percentages or estimations) to replenish anything that would be lost by the body, it’s tissues, organs, etc? Please try to use scientific proof to back up your statements, as I am not accepting information from nutrition sites, or dietary sites, or anything of the sort that could be manipulated by theories, opinions, or be slightly off skew…I want strait hard facts that can be proven by science itself!
Help me out!

aah, you’re the one, who wished to know the exact composition of human body? 😆
You’re forgetting one thing, we’re not uniform and either is our composition or metabolism. More likely, you didn’t specify your conditions (like temperature, whether will s/he perspirate or be cooled or how will s/he get some nutrition, if none, s/he will be starving (with related consecvences)).
