  Hello everyone,
  Can anyone tell me please is there a method of in gel rehydration without making fresh reagents (rehydration buffers). I have a 110mm long IPG strip and I know, that there is a way to rehydrate it with my cell lysate, adding two buffers (I don’t know its consistention).
