Some information on this Fungi pic was taken on the East coast of Australia South of Sydney, also any info in it’s role in an Ecosystem? decomposer, also it’s mode of reproduction etc thanks.

it does not look like a fungi. It looks more like a star nosed mloe.
Thanks for your interest Rosros is mloe the correct spelling? as I Googled it and nothing come up? its certainly an unusual name.
