I am writing the thesis, anybody can tell me are there some mistake in the following sentence?? Thank you!!
The pUC19-p450 and pUC19-p450-bm3 plasmids containing p450 and p450-bm3 genes respectively were used as templates for PCR amplification using primers pYES-For (5’- ATGCATGCATGCATGCATGCATGC-3’) and pYES-Rev (5’- ATGCATGCATGCATGCATGCATGC-3’), both of which anneal to the pUC19 vector.
