Production of orange juice with concentrate:
“After the oranges have been pressed, the water is removed and the concentrate is freezed down before it is being transported to the company where the concentrate is again added with same amount of water before removed”.

How can you remove the water from orange juice? Isn’t the “water” the juice itself? Won’t you loose all the nutritions when you remove the juice?
So when you buy juice made from concentrate, you buy water + concentrate?

I would like to know if the nutrition is the same if you buy concentrate juice or 100% juice.

If it is no added sugar then yes, it is exactly the same. Actually the juice you see labeled 100% natural is also from concentrated juice.
The process is simple. Removing water is done by some processes which i don’t know and honestly don’t care about. But the actual consistency of the juice is, for most fruit juices: glucose, fructose, electrolites, citric acid, ascorbic acid, carotens, WATER and other substances. By removing the water and then adding it you get the exact same chemical composition in the juice but you save a lot on transporting the juice.
      Hope it is clear
