In a reaction involving 8 different concentrations of ethyl butyrate and esterase i have worked out the Km and Vmax values to be 0.8mM and 0.13 respectively. I am unsure if these values are accurate, i used the Lineweaver-burke plot to determine them.

My 1/v values are: 8.40, 8.67, 11.74, 10.55, 16.98, 20.00, 52.63, 29.41

My 1/s values are: 0.058, 0.166, 0.233, 0.456, 0.935, 1.886, 3.846, 7.692.
