ruanhoconParticipantDear all,
Is there anyone here working on LH-PCR and TRFLP? I want to ask how you can normalize the result? I used genemapper v. 3.7 and everytime I repeat the experiment, the results were slightly different ( for instance 345.2; 345.89, ect).
