probably DNA…..
I assume it’s the same! - February 5, 2006 at 11:45 am #39698GreenDogParticipant
Sorry for being unclear…
DNA linker & DNA adaptor of course.
Both have blunt ends on one side, but the linker has a restriction site in it, the adaptor has sticky ends which can be ligated to sticky ends made by a specific restriction enzyme.
If both have been developed they must be functionally different in something? Don’t they?
