ParticipantHI THERE I’M LOOKING FOR CELL LINE CALLED T1(CEMX174), OR ANYONE WHO WORKED IN THE PAST ON THIS CELL LINE.
AS WELL UF U KNOW ABOUT CELL LINE THAT EXPRESS CD4+ AND CCR5 AS WELL, AND CAN BE INFECTED WITH HIV – THAT WILL HELP TOO

Participanthi there,
first i would like to thank u for replying, second i have seen this article already, and i still have problems with my cells.
i got them from U.S.A (they have been delivered- which means 2 day at a 50ul falcon)one month ago, and their condition is not good at all- Ididn’t get any clusters.
the instruction were 10% fcs (not inactivated)+RPMI+P.S+L-GLU.have u ever had grew this cells?

THIS is a brilliant forum for general biology disscussion, Protocols-online is good for discusssion of protcols etc
It was a recomendation from there that got me reading this site.
