micronucleus assay problem

hello

I am looking for a successful procedure for May-Grunwald-Giemsa stain on ( in vivo micronucleus assay of the mice ) .

i used the procedure @ the attachment with my giemsa stain from J.T.Baker

but i can’t see good colors on the slide

plz help me
