      i need to know the differences btw these 2 method to extract plasmid DNA..

      can anyone help??

      Quantity… That is all. Minipreps can be as pure as maxipreps, but you just work on 1 or 2 ml of culture, while for a maxiprep well the size of your centrifuge is the limit 🙂
