Nature’s role on Gender (Need Help)

I am doing a debate assignment for my anthro class on how Nature bases your Gender and I need some assistance.
My group is trying to prove how nature decides gender and we are up against a group which says that nurture decides gender.

We are having extreme difficulties since we cannot find any information on how nature wins.

All we know is that Sperm cell contains X Y Chromosomes and Egg cell contains X X Chromosomes and if its X X resulting it will be a girl if its X Y then it will be a girl. (This only decides your external genitalia and… your looks not how you act, but we have to proove that nature does shape you its a debate so we can argue/trick people into agreeing with us.)

Like I found this against nature…

We need help proving that boys naturally are boys and that they like the color blue and play with cars as opposed to girls which link pink and play with dolls. They are are saying that people around you like your parents made you like pink/blue and play with whatever and make you either a boy or girl. We also need to find some points against nurtue so we can make some rebutals.

We are gonna have to make a intro for your debate 3 points on how nature creates your gender a couple of rebutals of how nurture does not shape our gender and a summary (conclusion)

Please spare some time and assist us… This is extremely difficulty for us, we just need some good sites and/or possibly some of your knowledge.

There’s a tremendous amount of literature supporting the idea that gender sexual preference is strongly (but not completely) genetic, and most of the more recent studies suggest that a lot of the gender "peripherals" are powerfully influenced by genes. It’s not a terribly consistent study area, though – there are a lot of studies that seem to set up their definitions to predispose the results.

I should add that the sexual-preference studies have been predominantly of males – I haven’t seen much on genetic influence on lesbianism.
