if you had two or three hair with no root, can you tell who it belongs to. Thats if you had samples from two or three people. i hope this question makes sense to you

You would not be able to do a DNA test, but each hair is unique to a person. So yes, under a microscope you can figure out who the strand of hair belongs to, if you have a standard to compare it to.
