  Firslty, Hi everybody. I am a new member on this forum.
  I am studying for drought resistance in sweetpotato. If anyone know the procedures and the way or informations on the way measures proline content could possibelly tell me.

  how is proline related to drought resistance? I cant do anything for you until a fully thoughtful inquiry is typed up, sorry about, but you really need to help us out first

  Thank a lot of Davis23. I have read message in biochemsitry & molecular biology of plant of Buchanan- Gruissem- Jones described that " Synthesis and accumulation of organic osmolytes are widespread in plant, but the distribution of specific compatible solutes varies among plant species. The amino acid proline is accumulated by a taxonomically diverse set of plant….."
