You would be better of talking to a doctor for an issue that could be serious instead of the internet. It would be bad if someone told you nothing was wrong when it might be.

This is how I believe the statistics is correct in how many people die of diseases that are treatable in the early stages.
They wait till they are practically unable to function, before they go and see a doctor.
Though I can see the pleasantness of not having a period for 7 months, but bloating and severe abdominal pain are indicators to go to the doctor and get some tests done.
Symptoms are only the beginning of the process. Next should be a diagnose from a doctor by running tests. And then the pathways to choose from, for the process of healing/getting healthy.

      Ovarian cancer.

Does that make you feel better? Not to be insensitive, but seriously I could be anyone, you could be anyone, it’s the internet. Internet diagnoses are DANGEROUS. See a doctor!
