Hi im abit confussed and would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.
The project objective is to obtain actin gene from genomic DNA, insert amplicon into a plasmid and confirm with qRTPCR.
How exactly would i go about doing this?
find your gene e.g. at PubMed or some other specialized database (depends on your organism), then you need to design primers for that sequence, best with some restriction places. Cut the amplicon and vector with RE. Mix and ligate.
