      is it possible to use PCR in DNA sequencing?? explain……i knw PCR can amplify a particular sequence of DNA….But m not so sure about hw it helps in sequencing….:/

      Illumina technically uses PCR as well. It’s quesionable, when is it PCR and when only PR 🙂 😆
