Hi all,
We currently would like to put 100 nL on a plate (dry plate, flat, with matrix coating) for MALDI-TOF analysis, with not more than 10% error and a spot smaller than 1mm. Does anyone knows where to find such a device ?
We don’t have the money to buy one of these high-throughtput workstations, we have a few samples a day to analyse. I imagine something like an electronic pipette but can’t find it on the web.Any idea welcome.
Thanks in advance 😆

Their micropipettes might be a little too big, but look through their catalog and see what you think…

For very small volume pipettes with disposable plastic tips are not reliable. The metal pipette like those from Hamilton: http://www.hamiltoncompany.com are the standard. They are not cheap, but well cared for they can last a very long time. There are probably other brands available, but this is only one that I have ever seen in use, so I guess they have a fairly solid reputation.
