nope the plant embryos formed by the continuous division of the zygote[which is a single cell]..so its a mass of cells, undifferentiated at the beginning and differentiates ltr..

can i use part of a seed in a plant cell cultur?

u have to get into the seed first. The seed coat will prevent the injection process. If you can get pass the seed coating without damaging the seed, then culturing is unnecessary, just plant it normally.
