Hi everyone,
I want to fabricate a porous scaffold (PLGA) which includes water soluble inorcanic chemical inside the scaffold. I will investigate in vitro and in vivo effect of this compound. Because it is water solule I could not use salt (particle) leaching method for the production of pores inside the scaffold. I do not have any computarized system so it should be manuel.
As additional note this chemical is insoluble in ethanol and isopropanol. Thus, is there any suggestion for the fabrication of the scaffold with PLGA polymer.
Thanks,
