I couldn’t find the meaning of Polygeneic … is it the same word as Polygenic ?
Thank you!! - October 15, 2009 at 9:15 am #93742biohazardParticipant
Polygeneic is the original English version of the word. Polygenic is, I assume, an americanisation of that word. The same can be seen with all words with the body ‘geneic’, e.g. allogeneic vs. allogenic and so forth. Damn those lazy Americans! 😉 But anyway, those shorter versions seem to be taking over, so prepare to use them.
