Hello, I am currently a student taking a Molecular Cell Biology course. I am having trouble answering one of my assignment questions. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can offer some help, Thank you!
Q) You need to distinguish if a particular protein that you are working with in the plasma membrane is more like protein #1 compared to protein #6. How might you accomplish this task? How could glycosidases be useful for determining if protein #1 is different from protein #4? Also, how would the two proteins differ in their respective hydropathies?

Well, what are proteins #1, #4 and #6?
