plzzzzz somebody tell me how to prepare selective medium for rhizobium… i’ve searched the net.. but couldnt find exactly this… plzz help me.. and by the way YEM is not selective medium….

According to the Hawaii Institute of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources journal series no.2965, Yeast-mannitol agar of pH-6 500 micrograms of streptomycin,400 micrograms of cyclohexamide,50 micrograms of benomyl or chlorothalonil per ml is the best selective media for rhizobium.

can you tell me where you found this and also where i can find general properties(*like metal tolerance etc.,) and selective medium of VAM and azato-bacter??? ???
