  Hi Guys,
  I am doing in vitro transcription assay with Epicenter E. coli RNA polymerase. Every time I run the sequencing gel (standard 6M Urea in TBE) I got a smear all the way through. I can still see my transcript but the gel is really not publication quality. Any ideas please please help!!:)
