ParticipantActually, basically DrStein’s and mine are the same. (If I’m not mistaken) It tells that 1st carbon of glucose is binded to 2nd carbon of fructose with different notations.

ParticipantAccording to sigma the synonims are:
α-D-Glc-(1→2)-β-D-Fru
α-D-Glucopyranosyl β-D-fructofuranoside
β-D-Fructofuranosyl-α-D-glucopyranoside
D(+)-Saccharose
SugarGlucosyl sucrose is another sugar build as : Glc-Glc-Fru
