Before I explain my problem let me give you some background information about how this happened.

To keep things short because the story is embaressing, my left testical was essentially squeezed really hard and the shape of it has changed. This happened almost 3 years ago, and I’m pretty sure what I’m describing is not cancer.

It’s hard to describe so stay with me. The shape of my testical has changed, it was really solid and all together, but now it feels like part of it is hanging on to the main part as if I had a really small 3rd testical attached to it. Another thing, the testical became swollen, it is bigger. It’s not overly big like the size of a tennis ball (how people describe cancer), but it does look a little awkward because it’s not proportionate.

The way the bigger part feels is almost identical to my undamaged testical, which is very round and quite solid, but the part hanging from it that I think used to be attached to my testical feels much softer. The damaged testical (left one) seems to hang lower, but I’m not sure if it was always like that. Usually, it doesn’t give me problems. But occasionally, I will have a sharp pain that comes from there. And it most often hurts after ejaculation, only about 10% of the time.

I did see a doctor about my problem 1 year and a half ago and he said it just seemed like excess sperm or fluid build-up so I should ejaculate and it might go away. I don’t think my doctor really took time to examine me. Any information would be useful. Thanks
