      Hi again guy….
after I had a very long vocation I went back to my lab to continue my project…!
but live without problems can not be consider life, so the problems are the flavors of our life and the solution of the problems is the sweet of our life…! this is my vision in life…anyway now and i went back and i feel fulled energy to start my work but i faced one of those flavors that i told u about above ( problems) which is ….

I have 3 different samples of bacteria can degrade chloroaliphatic compounds and i need to measure the chloride gas that come out after degradation of these compounds via bacteria , as i know the Gas chromatography is good way to assay the halides but which i dont know how to prepare the sample for that, i’ve read paper about that but still ambiguous for me. So if you guys can help me and give an idea or anyone can simplifies the preparation of the sample ? Or is there another way to measure the halides instead of the gas chromatography ?

      thank you guys…
