TurdFergusonParticipantI set up a reaction recently in which I was examining a cytosolic chaperone’s activity. It is possible I may have had 10 mM DTT in the reaction buffer, rather than the suggested 1 mM DTT. Is it possible this could interfere with my protein’s activity?
