  Which cellular organelle functions as a transport system between the nuclear membrane and the cell membrane??

  The answer you are looking for is the Endoplasmic reticulum, however, only in plants it serves that function. In animal cells it can only communicate with the plasma membrane via the vesicles and golgi apparatus
