  you mean to put together the promoter and enhancer with some gene into vector, so that you can transfrom/express it?

  Not exactly with that, I’ve just little modified some vectors, but IMHO it shouldn’t be so hard. You just have to plan it perfectly not to cut your parts. The enhancer part is probably quite long, isn’t it?
