Are you creating a real lab or this is some project for a class?

you will need some sterile place, you do not require neccesarily the laminar box, although it would be fine. Further you need some stuff like Petri dishes, bacons, Erlenmayers flasks, hockey sticks etc.

what type of lab you want to build?
all the procedure is based on your decision.
If it is a small one then some basic tools will be needed and vice verse.

To set up a microbiology lab, you require a spacious room specifically constructed to be able to control inflow and outflow of air [ to minimize contamination]; basic equipment-autoclave, incubator, weighing balance, pH meter, water bath, rotary shaker, gas cylinder, Bunsen burner etc, glass wares- Petri dishes, conical flasks, test tubes, durham tubes etc; materials- culture media, distilled water, some chemical compounds- Nacl, phosphate buffer, Dyes-Gram stain reagents, Giemsa stain, Basic Fuschin; lab coat, etc etc.
